Troubleshooting - Files don't appear to open
If you have attempted to load files using View » (L)RGB and you only see the original blue screen instead of your images, this may be because you also have Windows Explorer open at your target directory (e.g. for looking up the exact file names). There are two remedies for this problem:
Click into Windows Explorer and then click back into your IRIS display window.
Click on View » Modified Equalization.
Either of these techniques should put your images in the display window.
